The City of La Feria is now soliciting proposals from qualifi ed management consultants and/or fi rms to carry out several aspects of overall program management required by the City for the implementation of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME Program - Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation/Reconstruction. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, the following: fi nancial management, record keeping, environmental clearance, client intake and eligibility verifi cation, construction monitoring, and contract close out. All work must be completed by February 2010.
