Following thé général meeting of thé above mentioned group with His Royal Majestythé Alaafm of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, J.P., CFR, LL.D, and thé officiaisfrom thé Fédéral Ministry of Information and Culture on thé nomination of thé abovementioned Festival at thé Palace of thé Alaafin of Oyo on thé 11 of January, 2020, we théleaders of thé association hâve been mandated by our member to give thé body's free, priorand informed consent to thé nomination of World Sango Festival, Oyo as thé FédéralRepublic ofNigeria's submission to thé UNESÇO's Représentative List of Intangible CulturalHéritage ofHumanity.
