Radio Skills Training

Lache FM returns to the air waves this winter with a live broadcast on 87.6 FM from November 21

st until December 4

th. As always we are

looking for local people to get involved. So, if you would like to host your own radio show or volunteer with our broadcast team, then come along to our radio skills training sessions. The training sessions will cover: Radio presenting skills, interview technique and digital audio recording and editing. Please note we are not offering an accredited course. The aim of the training sessions is to give local people the chance to acquire and develop the skills needed to produce and present community radio programmes. Whatever style of music you like, whether you have had tons of experience or none at all, whether you are 16 or 66, we want to hear from you!

Please note: sessions are open to 16 year olds and over. All participants under the

age of 18 must get parental consent forms signed by parent or guardian.
