Christina supports LBT missionaries by helping to home school their children. January 2015 ===================================================================== Dear Friends and Supporters, We are happy to report that our wedding on January 10, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio was a delightful success! The bride was beautiful, the groom was dashing, and the cake reached the height of chocolate decadence. Best of all, we are now married, which was our happy goal. We’re spending the end of January traveling north to Ohio from our honeymoon on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, and we’ve been so happy to spend the past few Sundays speaking at churches along our route back. We’ll be spending time in February in Illinois while we make our plans to return to Ghana, hopefully in early March. Chris is looking forward to returning to his work at the office in Tamale, and Christina is eager to resume inflicting academics on her students, who no doubt miss her very much. Please pray with us for all the little details that come with merging lifestyles. We’re feeling a bit uprooted (probably because of all the travel we’ve been doing) and are under some stress, so please pray for peace in all this transition. Also, Christina is changing her name, which means she needs a new passport, so please pray that goes smoothly and quickly. We hope you are well and that your Christmas and New Year were all you hoped they would be. God’s blessings on you as your lives bring him glory. We were so happy to be joined by some of our teammates from Ghana. Rev. Nathan Esala preached the sermon, and Paul and Ali Federwitz’s children finally experienced that event their teacher had been talking about for months. We love this vest-and-bow-tie ensemble made from fabric Christina’s student stamped himself in Ghana.

January 2015=====================================================================

Dear Friends and Supporters, We are happy to report that our wedding on January 10, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio was a delightful success! We’re feeling a bit uprooted (probably because of all the travel we’ve been doing) and are under some stress, so

please pray for peace in all this transition.

While Chris was on furlough in the U.S., Christina was teaching in Ghana and enjoying the surprises of wedding planning cross-culturally. She bought her fabulous wedding shoes from this lady, who promptly invited herself to the wedding. And this wedding gift from her watchman was Christina’s first opportunity to receive a live animal as a gift. Happily, Chris was available in America to talk her through the proper etiquette over the phone.

HOW TO GIVE We are continuing in our separate ministries, but we have come together financially. Therefore,

your contributions to LBT in support of either Chris’s or Christina’s ministries will now be used to support both of us. Please send your contributions to LBT * P.O. Box 2050 * Aurora, IL 60507-2050. Write “LaBoube Ministry” in the memo line. You can also donate securely online at www.LBT.org. If you’ve been supporting Christina (or if you are contributing automatically to Christina’s ministry), no need to make any change. Donations marked “Riddle Ministry” will also end up in our account.

LBT makes God’s Word accessible to those who do not yet have it in the language of their heart.
