Laboratory Testing Management® (LTM™) User Guide

Searching in the catalog

The LTM Catalog is a comprehensive directory of the tests and procedures that are offered by our 360 Diagnostics

laboratory. This guide will provide insight into how to best utilize this Catalog. On the LTM website, you have the option

to browse the public catalog and search the directory of tests available without logging in. However, you will need to be

logged in if you would like to view any custom or favorite panels that have been set up with our laboratory.

If you are logged in and looking at the dashboard, you can get started by simply clicking the CATALOG OF TESTS

You can also access the catalog, from any page in the application, by selecting the CATALOG tab at the top of the page.

Since I am logged in, I can view My Catalog once I am on the catalog page.

Looking inside here, the tests with the stars I have set as favorites, and the ones without stars are custom panels.

Favorites are tests that are in the public catalog. When tests are set as favorites, you no longer have to search for them

in the larger list as they will now appear in My Catalog.

Custom panels are panels created for and available to your specific customer account. They do not appear in the public

catalog.

To set a favorite, simply find the test in the public catalog and click on the star to its left When you navigate back to My

Catalog, you will see it populated there. To remove a favorite, click on the star next to the test in My Catalog and it will

be removed.

Favorites and custom panels are set at the customer account level. So, when you set a favorite or if a custom panel is

created for you, both will be available in My Catalog for everyone that has user access to that specific customer account.

Catalog searching tips

To get started, select the correct region. Here, North America is selected as the region. As you can see here, each region

has one or more catalogs. In this example, I will be searching in the 360 Diagnostics catalog.

Once you are viewing the catalog you need, you will notice that it is further divided into different testing programs.

If you know which program you want you can select it; if unsure, you use the search function seen here and to search in

all of the available programs at once.

If I type PRIA in the search box, and click the Search button, this search returns all of the PRIA panels that are available.

If you wanted to further narrow it down to just mice, for example, you can by selecting it in the species drop-down

menu located on the left-hand side of the screen.

If you want to search for something specific, like a particular agent, you can also do this from the filter options on the

left hand side. First, I will clear out my species since I don't care in this case, and I will search for Sendai virus. In general,

less is more for this search so I will just type “Sendai.” As you can see, this returns all Sendai virus testing, including all

panels that contain the Sendai virus assay.

If you have a specific testing method you want to use, like PCR, you can further narrow down the list by selecting a

service from the drop-down.

If you want to just test for Sendai, not a whole panel of agents, simply specify this by deselecting the Multi-Test Items

checkbox.

If you just want to see which panels it is in, check that again and uncheck the Individual Test Items checkbox.

Finally, if you want to view the other tests that are part of a panel, in addition to Sendai virus, just click on the panel

name, for example, Mouse Surveillance Plus PRIA, and a pop-up opens and displays exactly what is part of this panel. As

you can see, there is a lot of other helpful information here:

Along with the list of tests, you have access to general information such as the test name, the targets for the assays, the

species this panel is appropriate for, the testing method, and submission instructions on how to collect and ship samples

to our laboratory for this particular panel.

Once you have found the test you require, click Add to Cart, and it automatically gets added to your virtual shopping cart.

Additional tests can also be added at this point. Once you have selected everything you require, simply click the View Cart

button located in the top right hand corner of your screen to review the items you selected.

If there is an item in your cart that you decide you don't need, you can remove it by first clicking Remove…

… and then confirming that you do want to remove that test.

Once you have exactly the testing you need in your cart, click the Create Order button to start the order wizard.

The order wizard guides you through the test request process, prompting you for the information needed to process

your order once the sample arrive at the lab. At the end of the wizard, you can print the submission form to include in

the shipping box with your samples.
