Project: Alenaio Stream Sludge CASE NARRATIVELab Order: 0101010
Samples were analyzed using the methods outlined in the following references:
Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods, SW846, 3rd Edition.
All method blanks, laboratory spikes, and/or matrix spikes met quality assurance objectives.
The reporting limit was raised for method 8270 to dilution required to minimize matrix interferences.
Q01: The spike recovery for this QC sample is outside of established control limits. Review ofassociated batch QC indicates the recovery for this analyte does not represent an out-of-controlcondition for the batch.
