He has been practicing law, both as a lawyer and a legal counsel for the past fifteen years. As a legal counsel, he successfully created and managed for seven years the European legal department of a biotech start-up, which was later converted into a major company. He has been key to its growth, monitoring the legal aspects of its development in close to thirty countries in Europe and the Middle East. Olivier Guillotin has built on this fruitful experience to develop a broad international approach, an in-depth knowledge of the European and various national regulations relevant to the life sciences industry, and a strategic vision of how the legal function should be integrated within the day-to-day operations of a company..
