Chris Andrews, respected community leader, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge, and well known TV minister. 10:45 - 11:45 a.m. State Employees and the Ethics law – Kathleen Allen, Deputy General Counsel, Louisiana Board of Ethics, providing legal and administrative services for the Board, will address the ways Louisiana’s Code of Governmental Ethics impacts state employees. 11:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. Lunch with Jim Engster, political analyst , host of da ily WRKF Public Radio Talk Show, and CEO of Louisiana Radio Network, who will tell us What’s Going On In Louisiana Politics. 12:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. How to Communicate New Ideas Back at the Office- Christel Slaughter, Ph.D, partner SSA Consultants, past member of LSU and CPTP faculties, currently facilitating Louisiana Commission on Streamlining Government. 1:30 p.m. Adjournment
