By lying diagonally, your back is supported by the fabric, while the hammock surface is opened up by your body. In other words: The wider the hammock, the more perfect your comfort!

make up just about half of the cotton range at LA SI-

ESTA, and we are constantly broadening this range of

products. Quality assurance that can be trusted is one

very important step on this path: Starting immediately,

all of our organic cotton products from Colombia are

certified according to the globally recognized Global

Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), a standard that

stands for strict environmental and social criteria and

is applied throughout the manufacturing chain.

For many children and teenagers from the favelas, the beach soccer academy “Dito Escolinha” is their only chance to create a better future for themselves. The teacher, Dito, offers them an alternative to drugs and violence, and teaches them important values in the process.

We support Dito Escolinha with financial donations to our cooperation partner, the charity “Tor zur Hoff-nung e.V.” (“Goal to Hope”), and through events like the beach soccer tournament “COPA LA SIESTA”. In addition, €5 of the proceeds from every COPA and BOSSANOVA hammock sold are donated in support of the project.

LA SIESTA participe en outre à des actions ponctuelles, comme par exemple le tournoi de beach soccer (football de plage) « COPA LA SIESTA ».
