La Rodiere is an 18th century small guesthouse with

4 double bedrooms all en-suite and one family room which sleeps 4, also en suite. In addition it has a double bedroom on the top floor which is currently staff accommodation. It has an adjoining loft space that could be made made into a lounge/diner thus creating a self contained flat.

Its has a charming courtyard and a garage which is capable of storing two cars as well as hosting a games room. It is a well positioned establishment in the centre of town with many attractive features such as a spiral wooden stair case. This is an unique turn-key opportunity and is fully operational.

Summary La Rodiere was purchased by the current owners in 2010.

They were going to exit their current business commitments and focus on running a chambres d'hôte. Unfortunately more business opportunities presented, which could not be ignored and the focus of running La Rodiere was put on hold.
