Organic-lettic features: Sweet but not a boring taste, very resistant, warm, with cooked cherries aroma, ending with a light wild rose. Good acid level. Recommended with: Dry cakes, chestnuts, dark chocolate, old cheese and tuscan cigars. Grapes: Aleatico 100% grapes by biological culture. Alcohol: 14.5% Vol. - bottle 0,375 l. Selection: Picked up by hand middle of september. Wilt: Natural on stones for approx 20 days.

It is a very elegantsweet wine, with bal-samic aroma, light mint and orange skin. Large in mouth, soft, with well balanced alcohol.

Fragrance from the mediterrenean forest, strawberry and cherry aroma. Soft at the nose, it leaves the mouth full and juicy.

Organic-lettic features: Aroma of mediterrenean forest on a clear mineral base, tastefully and fresh at the palate. Recommended with: Aperitif, fish and seafood raw vegetables and backed fish. Grapes: Vermentino 100% by organic culture. Alcohol: 12,5% Vol - bottle 0,75 l. Selection: Beginning of september.
Palmazio
Flower aroma and citrus fruits note, pleasant fre-shness and good acid.
Excellent wine with deep ending, above average. Very good fresh note and acid at the end.
The FarmThe organic farm La Piana is located on the Capraia island, in the middle of the national park of the tuscan archipelago. Because of its plain landscape it was the first in-habited area as people could plant and harvest almost everything. During the last cen-tury the area was leased to the penitentiary and the prisoners have worked on this area until 1986. In 2000 the mediterrenean forest threatened to cover the area, so a long and difficult cleaning up environmental work was started. In the landscape you can find grapevines, terraces, dry walls, old tanks and native trees and plants as the olean-der, the rosemary, the hip rose. It is a perfect integration from agriculture, protection of the environment and history.

Distilled from our grapes, very fresh, still wine humid with a han-dcrafted addition, copper boiler. Head, heart and ending handmade by the distillation master Priscilla Occhipinti by Distillerie Nannoni. Alcohol: 42% Vol. - bottle 0,50 l
