VIVI MYK Civil Engineering and Maintenance Limited is a Nigerian Company formed and registered in Nigeria with RC No.895313 in accordance with the Company Allied Matters Act, with shares and equity solely owned by Nigerians. VIVI MYK Civil Engineering and Maintenance Limited operates from its Administrative head office in Port Harcourt and Operational Base in Warri Delta State also having site offices spread across different locations in Nigeria.

VIVI MYK Civil Engineering and Maintenance Limited was first incorporated in November 4, 1998 as an Enterprise but later upgraded to a Limited Liability Company delivering efficient and cost effective solutions to the Oil & Gas and allied industries especially in Nigeria and other sub-Sahara regions.

The company is managed by a team of seasoned and experienced Nigerian Professionals with experiences from Multinationals and strategic partnerships with other local and world leading firms

Mr. Thompson is a graduate of University of Benin where he was awarded Bachelor of Science in Administration. He has managed VIVI MYK Civil Engineering as an Enterprise and now as a Limited Liability company for over 19 years with several award of excellence in professional Engineering services.

Mr. Ikhayere Thompson

Mr. Patrick is a graduate of Edo State University as it was known now Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he was awarded B. Eng. in Civil Engineering. He has over 22 years post qualification experience in civil engineering with vast knowledge in quality assurance, control and project management. Mr. Palmer has successfully completed numerous high valued projects for oil majors companies in Nigeria, including the following but not limited;$10 million EPC work to construct 3.5 Km Gas line and build a Gas treatment plant for Nigerian Gas Company, Okpai Power Plant Project, Obagi, OML58 Upgrade in Obite on the consortium for Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited/Ponticelli Nigeria Limited and Total Fina Elf in Rivers State. Before joining VIVI MYK Civil Engineering and Maintenance Limited as the General Manager, Operations, Mr. Palmer worked in Saipem Contracting Limited for about 17 years where he rose to the position of a Quality Control Manager. Ralph graduated from Akanu Federal Polytechnic, Uwanna in Ebonyi State where he bagged his HND in Secretarial Administration in 2000. On completion of his National Service, he worked with Integrated Logistics Services Ltd (Intels) Onne, Port Harcourt as Personal Assistant to the Plant and Workshop Manager. This position leveraged him into core administration of so many staff. He later joined Standard Trust Bank Plc as Branch Admin. Officer for Rivers Region as the bank merged to be United Bank for Africa (UBA). Mr. Ralph also worked in OceanicBank International Plc as the Admin Officer for South-South under the GM, South until 2012where he left for Elschon Limited and worked briefly. He joined VIVI MYK Civil Engineering &Maintenance Ltd in 2013 as the Human Resource Manager.

Mr. Agwu Ralph Agwu

Dr. William is a graduate of Bradford University, Pasadena, California, USA where studied Building Technology and obtained B. Sc. (Bld. Tech). He also has a PhD (Eng.) in Construction Engineering majoring in structural engineering and a registered chartered builder with the Chartered Institute of Building, UK. Dr. William has worked for over 30 years and has vast experience in the oil and gas sector. He started his career with Fin Niger Limited in 1977 as a Site Supervisor from where he moved DAEWOO Nigeria Limited, Warri in Delta State as the Civil/Structural Engineer. He has also worked in NLNG Site, Bonny Island and at other locations where he led and successfully completed numerous projects. He became Construction Manager in 2001 in DSNL Offshore Limited and handled the SPDC-OGGS project in Bonny. In 2005, he moved to Exxon Mobil Unlimited, Hoston Texas, USA and worked as Engineering Consultant with Compact Monifold & Energy Services in association with Albert Garaudi & Associate Inc. /Wilbros West Africa.Prior to his employment inVIVIMYKCivil Engineering and Maintenance Ltdas Engineering Manager he was with NESTOIL as Civil/Structural Engineer.

Mr. Imandojemu Azenabor Kenneth is the Commercial/Contract Administrator of Vivi Myk Civil Engineering & Maintenance Ltd. Mr. Kenneth is a graduate from Auchi Federal Polytechnic where he studied Building technology with specialty in Quantity Surveying. He has obtained his certificate as a member of Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner (CCMP). He is a Corporate Member (MNIQS) – The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is also a Registered Member (RQS) – Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.He has been in the employment of Goutech Nigeria Limited and worked in the capacity of Project Manager for Apartel Project (3 star hotel at VGC Lekki, Alma Beach Project, Eleghushi, Lekki and AVM Office Complex, Agungi in Lekki, Lagos State.In 2013 through 2016 he was in the employment of West African Ventures as the Contract Engineer/Administrator where he handled the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the Sonam Pipeline and Pig receiver platform. Akpan Uwem Alexander is an amiable, practical and pragmatic Health, Safety and Environment professional with over 5 years of field experience in the construction and upstream subsector of oil and gas industry. He has been involved in construction and safety activities for the industry under the employment of notable companies like Merborg Contractors Limited, Erdis Nigeria Limited as Project HSE Engineer on the SSAGS project whose client was SPDC in 2012 through 2014. He also worked for Burnsville Integrated Services Limited as QHSE/Mechanical Engineer in the provision of dredging services in the Niger Delta with SPDC as the client. Currently he is the HSE Lead of Vivi Myk Civil Engineering and Maintenance Ltd.He holds a HND in Mechanical Engineering at Upper Credit levels from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana-Afikpo in Ebonyi State. He is a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and has the NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas operational safety management.

Mr. Izuagie an alumnus of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma where he obtained B.Eng. Civil Engineering.
