Lacrosse camp is a great chance for children to learn the game of lacrosse from coaches who played at the Division I level, and are
currently college coaches. In addition, children will learn in a fun-filled environment. Players
will be grouped by age.

CampThese basketball camps will emphasize basketball basics,
which will be developed and sharpened through daily sessions. Fundamentals will include shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, individual moves, movement without the ball,
defensive skills, and conditioning. Game situations each day will provide practice of fundamentals in a competitive atmosphere.

The purpose of the Children’s Learning Center’s (CLC) Summer Program is to provide a safe, exciting and fun learning experience for children 5 to 7 years of age.The summer program is designed to compliment the College for Kids program but is not a part of the CFK program. The Children’s Learning Center (CLC) is a licensed and nationally accredited child care center. The Center is located on the OCC campus and is an affiliate of the Onondaga Community College Association.The Children’s Learning Center is located in Ferrante Hall on the OCC campus.
Registration begins May 3rd until all slots are filled. All forms must be received by June 6, 2011

Children must be registered for either a half-day program (morning or afternoon) or full day program.

Week 1: Mix it up! Activities to include: Cooking healthy and delicious daily snacks; Making and exploring mysterious mixtures such as slime and silly putty!
Week 2: Back to BasicsCollect natural materials to create art works. Learn to sew, weave and make homemade butter.
Week 3: Carnival Fun! Make games, puppets shows and refreshments for sharing on Friday with family and friends.

Directions to the College’s Main CampusFrom South of Syracuse, Route 81:take the Nedrow exit (#16), follow Salina Street (Route 11) to Seneca Turnpike (Route 173), turn left and follow Route 173. Continue on Rt. 173 to intersection of Rt. 175. Bear left onto Rt. 175 to traffic light, turn right at College entrance.
