White/(h)wīt/White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection.White means safety, purity, and cleanliness. As opposed to black, white usually has a positive connotation. White can represent a successful beginning. In heraldry, white depicts faith and purity.

Ivory /ˈīv(ə)rē/Ivory is a calming color. It carries some of the same pureness, softness, and cleanliness of white but is slightly richer, a touch warmer.

Champagne/SHamˈpān/The color champagne represents luxury.

Yellow /’yelō/Yellow is the color of sunshine. It’s associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy. Yellow produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity, and generates muscle energy.

Orange/ˈôrənj,ˈärənj/Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine, and the tropics. Orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation.

Red/red/Red is a very emotionally intense color. It enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure. In heraldry, red is used to indicate courage.

Pink/piNGk/Signifies romance, love, and friendship. It denotes feminine qualities and passiveness.

Blue/blo͞o/Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.

Color Definitions



Purple/ˈpərpəl/Purple is associated with royalty. It symbolizes power, nobility, luxury, and ambition. It conveys wealth and extravagance. Purple is associated with wisdom, dignity, independence, creativity, mystery, and magic.

Green/ɡrēn/Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety. Dark green is also commonly associated with money.Green has great healing power.

Silver/ˈsilvər/ The color silver is associated with meanings of industrial, sleek, high-tech, and modern, as well as ornate, glamorous, graceful, sophisticated, and elegant. Silver is a precious metal and, like gold, often symbolizes riches and wealth.

FAQs

How far in advance should I reserve linens?

Based on our inventory rotation, we HIGHLY suggest that you reserve your linens at least a month prior to your event. In HIGH SEASON (April to October) we recommend 45 Days 60 days prior to your scheduled event.

Can quantities be changed in current reservations?

We provide a one-time 10% increase/decrease change at no cost 15 days prior to your event. Any changes (increase) after the 15-day period, will incur additional costs. Our staff will contact you 14 days prior to confirm final numbers and adjust final balances. Orders placed 30 days or less prior to scheduled event, must be final and no changes are authorized.

How do I obtain shipping quotes?

All of our shipping quotes are based on the items, quantity and location we are shipping to. Our primary means of shipping is via UPS &

FedEx. Shipping quotes include round trip shipping. All you need to do is box the linens back up at the end of the event, place the pre-printed label on the box(es) and call UPS or FedEx to have them picked up.

Do we need to clean or iron the items before we return it to your facility?

No, you are not responsible to clean your linens prior to returning to us. You must only remove the food and de-bris from all tablecloths and covers. We also request that you untie your sashes prior to returning. Food left on the linen will mold (especially if it shipped more than a day from our facility). Linens that are returned with Mold and Mildew on them cannot be cleaned and the customer will be required to pay a replacement cost as stated in the contract.

How will my linens arrive? Do they need to be ironed?

All linens will arrive neatly pressed and folded in boxes. If you should have to apply quick wrinkle therapy, we request that you steam the linens to remove any wrinkles that may have occurred during shipping.

How do I return my linens?

Linens may be returned in the same boxes that they arrived in. Our shipping quotes cover round trip, so just attach the enclosed shipping label. Linens must be returned the next business day after an event (example: a Friday or Saturday event must be sent back on Mon-day).

How To OrderSimply fill out the online quote and submit it. We will contact you within 1 business day to go over all the details on your order. This will allow us to make sure that you did not miss anything.

Phone/Email Orders

L Couture Linens is here to assist customers via phone Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM CST. Orders and inquiries are accepted by both phone and email. However, all orders MUST be confirmed verbally to ensure accuracy and minimize any discrepancies.

Confirmations

All tentative orders will be finalized no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled event to guar-antee the lowest possible shipping rates.

Cancellations

Please be aware that once an order is reserved, it minimizes our inventory to fill other requests.

All retainers will be non-refundable on all custom and contract orders once the paperwork has been received. Orders can not be cancelled at any time after shipping. Clients have the option to cancel an order after a retainer has been received. However, the retainer will be non-refundable.

Lost/Damaged Linen

All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quantity and condition as they are received in, i.e. no tears, rips, holes, iron marks or wax stains. Replacements costs will apply to any linen returned rendered unusable.

Linen Returns

All linens are due to ship out the next business day after an event. Linens are to arrive back at our warehouse within five days of an event unless otherwise specified. All linens should be free of food particles and moisture when boxed for return shipping. Linens shipped damp will result in mildew and therefore will incur a replacement cost.

Late Returns

Return shipments which have not yet been received as of seven days after the event date, will begin to accrue a late charge. Such late charges are listed in the terms on the contract.

We are happy to provide swatch samples of any of our linens at no extra cost to our customers. Please call or email to obtain swatches any of our representatives for more details.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment for Linen Event Orders. We accept checks if the event date is no more than 30 days from receipt of the payment.

Shipping

L Couture Linens uses FedEx and UPS for shipment of rental items . Overnight, Second Day and International services are all available upon request. All orders are shipped in enough time

so they will be received at least 1-2 days prior to an event, unless otherwise specified. Each individual order is tracked on a daily basis to verify there have been no complications with the shipments once they have left our dock.

Orders place less than two weeks prior to the event will incur an increased shipping cost.
