Kyiv Smart City would like to change capital of Ukraine!

To become a contact point between Kyiv citizens, authorities, activists and city o�-cials. And to start global changes in the Kyiv society, creating and fostering new culture of communication, urban projects creation and defining transparency stan-dards for all city life participants.

We have been working successfully for over 8 months and during that time we were able to create "smart" city infrastructure comparable to several years work in for-eign cities. And we believe that soon Kyiv will become a real smart city.

And we create Smart City Hub to enhance and speed up this process.

Kyiv Smart City Hub will operate as unique community center that will connect and educate active authority, eventually helping to de-

velop urban city projects, including Kyiv Smart City framework. And comprehensively consolidate and inspire leaders and change

agents who, as a result, will develop Kyiv and the whole country.

WHAT WE CREATESmart City it is not just a story about innovations and technology that are changing the face of the city. First of all, this is a story about people. About those who have decided to change something in the world around them.

Hub will work for the people and city community. For those who share “smart citizen” culture” and use inno-vative approaches and technological solutions to im-prove urban infrastructure, along with the level and qual-ity of city life.

Kyiv Smart City Hub – “point of power” for people, teams and projects who create and implement smart solutions for Kyiv and other cities.

There will be located center of expertise consol-idation and competence, communication hub

for the promotion of smart city development in Ukraine, Smart City School and Incubator for

open data urban services and applications. And this is only the beginning!

KYIV SMART HUB ACTIVITY AREAS

As for the Incubator, it will gather startups, working on open data urban services and applications. Each startup will be able to get jobs, mentoring, technology solu-tions and the ability to test and run their project through our partner network.

After launch hub will function as a workspace for all those, who work on projects within Kyiv Smart City. And, of course, as live exhibition and test ground for initia-tive partners, showcasing their smart city developments and solutions.

As part of the Hub also will be created Smart City School – a unique project providing maxi-mum knowledge on the “smart cities” subject. Only the best speakers, experts and tutors. And a huge base of knowledge for those who are will-ing to work for the good of his native city.

We believe that this Hub will change the city. And we are developing it using our own resources and at our own expense.
