Kindasa is the first private potable water supply company engaged in seawater desalination anddistribution of potable water to Jeddah Industrial City (JIC) and residential complexes in Jeddah.

Kindasa derived its name from the first seawater desalination plant which was constructed in Jeddahin the early 20th century.

Kindasa is a limited liability company incorporated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the year 2000. Kindasa became a Closed Joint Stock company incorporated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the year 2015.

KINDASA

The establishment of Kindasa is the result of the cooperation among two leading Saudi Business Groupsknown for their professionalism, integrity and financial strength:

Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) – 65% Share.

Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel Co. (MALJ) – 35% Share.

WESSCO is a limited liability company incorporated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the Year 2007. WESSCO was established to execute Saudi Airlines Seawater RO Desalination Plant 12 Years BOOT

Project. It is a Joint Venture (JV) between Kindasa & WESCO.

Water and Environmental Services Co. (WESCO) – 51% Share

YKWS is a limited liability company incorporated in Al Hudaydah, Yemen in the Year 2009. YKWS was established to build SWRO Desalination Plant BOO Project in Yemen. It is a Joint Venture (JV) between Kindasa & Yemeni Partners.
