K-Stage Standard

Standards are vertical structural member of thescaff old system which are made from 48.3 OD X 4mm TubesStandards have “V” pressings in clusters at 495mm centres, which provide location points forTransoms, Ledgers, Braces, Hopups etc and a spigotfi xed at thetop.

K-Stage Ledgers

Ledgers is horizontal member of the scaff old systemalso known as guard rails are made from 48.3 ODX 3.2 mm & 4 mm tubes. Ledgers fi t into the upper “V” Pressings on the standards.

K-Stage Transom

Transoms are made by welding two 5.00 mm anglesback to back. Transoms fi t into the lower “V”pressings on the standards to carry steel boards.2.4 m

Truss TransomUsed for heavy duty load spans and extended distances.

SpigotUsed to join 2 standards together. Requires either a hinged pin orspecial bolt.

K-Stage Steel Plank

K-Stage Hop Ups

Board Stage Brackets / hopups fi t into the “V” pressing of the standard which is nearest to the wall. Th e 2 & 3 BSB have holes into which tie bar pins are attached.Th ey are used to provide cantilevered platform on the inside of the scaff old nearest the wall.

Diagonal Braces

Th e diagonal brace is used to the full height of the scaf-folding in a longitudinal direction.

K-Stage Tie Bars

Tie bars have pins at each ends which fi t in holes of 2 and 3 board stage brackets (hopups) to prevent the brackets from spreading and the planks from becoming dislodged.

End Toe Board Brackets

Fits into ‘V’ locating lugs on the standard at the end of a platform to hold the endbatten toe board vertically in place.

Toe Board Bracket

Clamps to the standard with a captive wedge to hold the batten toe boardvertically in place.

Double C Clip / Gantry Coupler

Used to Join Standards Back to Back

Ladder Access TransomAn adjustable transom with landing for ladder/stairs

Guardrail Post

Used for edge protection – slab or balcony’s. Bolted into concrete with 14mm Dyna Bolts. Compatible with all sizes of ledgers which makes it very versatile.

Step Down Bracket

Th e fi rst step onto a stair access or ladder access is always diffi cult due to siteconstraints, ground levels and base outs. Th e use of the adjustable step down bracket gives the comfort of adjustment to balance the variables so the stepbecomes balanced when getting on or getting off a stair access at ground

level

Wall Tie Bracket

Base Plate

Add more stability to your scaff old structures with a base plate. When securedthe base plate stops tube from slipping across the fl oor.

Scaffold Tubes

Tubes have a 48.3mm outside diameter andthe wall thickness of 4.05 the tubes are to be used with all types of couplers and fi ttings

Putlog Single Coupler

Used for joining putlogs or transoms to ledger tubes, providing a level unconstructed surface for planks and boards. Also used for securing ledgers to standards.

Half CouplerForged Steel piece, fi t for 48.3MM tube, which is fl at and un-plated, suitable for welding

Double CouplerA strong drop forged connector, providing strength under loadbearing situations joining tubes at 90 degree angles.

Blade Putlogplug adapter/pressed clamp, Converts 48.3mm scaff old tube into putlog for insertion into brickwork joints.
