Temporary New Normal Procedures in
KDC Offices During Phase 2
As we work to gradually have more of our employees back in office and
continue to offer services you will notice some changes in our office en-
vironment.
Here are some of the changes you can expect to see: Staff are screened daily to ensure we are healthy
We ask that you call ahead to schedule appointments (some appoint-
ments may take place outside)
Clients will be asked screening questions when booking, as well as at
the door before entry
Doors are kept locked
Areas have been marked on the floor to maintain physical distancing
Office will be sanitized before each appointment, as well as afterwards
Employees may wear masks if social distancing practices cannot be
maintained during appointment
If you had an appointment but are not feeling well, please give us all and
we will make alternate arrangements (rescheduling, facetime appoint-
ments, phone appointment etc)
Thank you for staying home and staying safe!
