Provide all aspects of marketing support for six Sodexo accounts ($40M in total sales) at private and
state educational institutions. Coordinate all area marketing initiatives to drive sales growth. Maintain
methods to document, track and research customer feedback and satisfaction and reviews statistics
and trends with appropriate staff. Coordinate area specific strategic business plan/marketing plans and
their implementation, communication and evaluation. Manage and analyze results of all marketing

Advocated for and promoted Sodexo “The Better Tomorrow” initiative, a sustainability and
social responsibility plan. Led the successful partnership between Sodexo SUNY New Paltz
and Royal Carting that resulted in 75.2 tons of composed waste
