For demonstrating technical capacity and experience (theTechnical Capacity ), the Applicant shall, over the past 5(five) financial years preceding the Application Due Date,have: paid for, or received payments for, construction of
Eligible Project(s); and/ or paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category
1 and/or Category 2 specified in Clause 3.2.1; and/ or collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible
Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2 specified inClause 3.2.1,
such that the sum total of the above is more than Rs.700crore (Rs. seven hundred crore) (the ThresholdTechnical Capacity ).

Financial Eligibility Criteria
Applicant shall have a minimum Net-Worth of Rs 90 crores asat the close of the preceding financial year (the FinancialCapacity )
In case of a Consortium, the combined technical capacity andnet worth of those Members, who have and shall continue tohave an equity share of at least 26% (twenty six per cent)each in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), should satisfy theabove conditions of eligibility provided that each such Member shall, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of commercialoperation of the Project, hold equity share capital not lessthan: (i) 26% (twenty six per cent) of the subscribed and paid up equity of
the SPV; and (ii) 5% (five per cent) of the Total Project Cost specified in the
Concession Agreement.

O & M Experience
Applicant has either by itself or through its Associate,experience of 5 (five) years or more in operation andmaintenance (O&M) of Airport sector projects aggregate capital cost more than the Estimated Project Cost.
In the case of a Consortium, include a Member with O&Mexperience who shall subscribe and continue to hold at least
10% (ten per cent) of the subscribed and paid up equity of theSPV for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of commercialoperation of the Project.
In the event that the Applicant does not have suchexperience, it should furnish an undertaking that if selected toundertake the Project, it shall for a period of at least 5 (five)years from the date of commercial operation of the Project,enter into an agreement for entrusting its operation &maintenance (O&M) obligations to an entity having theaforesaid experience, failing which the Concession
Agreement shall be liable to termination.
