In order to bring in behavioral change towards use of toilets, the Central

Government announced allotment of 25% of funds under Swachh

Bharat Abhiyan to campaigning in rural areas.

bring behavioural change among people in using toilets.

Drinking Water' , the ministers at the central level have urged the regional

governments to figure out the kind of technologies that can be used to ensure proper

sanitation in areas facing water shortage.

To avoid health issues caused by arsenic and chemic elements, he has urged

the method of withdrawal of water from surface rather than underground.

least one surface water-based piped water supply scheme.
