Born February 20th 1967 in Aberdeen, Washingtonhe was the first born child to waitress Wendy Elizabeth and Donald Leland Cobain his father who was a automotive Mechanic.

He has a sister 3 yrs his junior Kimberley.

BACKGROUND

When Kurt was eight years old, his parents divorced

Later, he said the divorce had a profound effect on his life.

Kurt dropped out of high school 1 week before graduating

February 24, 1992 Kurt Cobain married Courtney Love

On August 18, 1992, the couple's daughter Frances Bean Cobain was born.

Background

April 1st 1994 Kurt Cobain left drug

rehab center in Marina Del Rey

California and was later reported

missing.

Seven days later he was found dead.

The medical examiner would later

confirm Cobain died on April 5, 1994

due to a self-inflicted gun shot

wound to the head

Synopsis

The police and the Medical Examiner have NO FORENSIC EVIDENCE that proves Cobain's death was a suicide. 

HOWEVER there IS a SUBSTANTIAL amount of evidence for MURDER!!

Police arrived at 9:50am , but the scene

was not secured until 11:55am.

No standard forensics testing such as

fingerprint, footprint, fibre sampling,

etcetera were issued at the scene.

Cobain was found laying on the floor face

up, with a shot gun laying on top of him.

A ‘suicide’ note was present.

The room was relatively clean.

"No evidence, it seems, is needed to

close a case of alleged self-murder.“

Heroin Overdose

Kurt’s Heroin blood levels were found

to be 1.52mg’s/L. This would require a

minimum of a 225mg heroin injection.

That is 3 TIMES the dose of what is

considered a lethal injection.

IF Cobain injected three times a lethal dose of heroin, COULD he then pick up a shotgun and shoot himself? Wouldn't he have been immediately incapacitated?

Based on the heroin blood levels found in Cobain's body, preliminary research indicates Kurt Cobain would have been almost immediately incapacitated. He could not have picked up that shotgun. He could not have pulled that trigger!

It says nothing about "killing himself"

The note was clearly written to Cobain's fans telling them he was quitting the music business.

There is only a short footnote to Courtney and Frances and the handwriting contained in those lines has been questioned by several handwriting experts.

checked for prints until May

5th, almost a month later. No

prints were found.

According to police reports there was "obvious trauma" to the head but no exit wound, resulting in "a drying puddle of blood to the left of the victim.“

Gary Smith who initially mistook the body for a mannequin because it looked so neat only realised the situation when he noticed blood in the right ear.

Cobain was in the process of LEAVING Courtney Love.

Weeks prior to his death, she asked one of her attorneys to get the "meanest, most vicious divorce lawyer" she could find.

COURTNEY LOVE WAS FACING A DIVORCE

This is not believed to be the first attempt made on Cobain’s life by Courtney.

While in Rome Cobain almost died of a drug over dose.

The overdose was due to his ingestion of Rohypnol and champagne.

It is believed that Courtney administered without his knowledge.

NOT THE FIRST ATTEMPT

El Duce claims that in the last day's of December 1993, Courtney Love asked him to “blow her old mans head off” for $50,000.

El Duce subjected himself to a lie detector test where he scored 99.7% chance that he was telling the truth.

When Cobain was found all his personal belongings were all accounted for. Except one single credit card.

The credit card account had activity AFTER Cobain was dead.

No further activity was found once the body was discovered.

SOMEONE WAS USING KURT'S CREDIT CARD

Months after Cobain’s death, Courtney accidently mentioned a second note left by Cobain.

This note CLEARLY stated that he was LEAVING her AND Seattle.

Kurt had plans to move to the east coast where he could start a new life.

COURTNEY HAD A SECOND NOTE SHE KEPT SECRET.
