Business Case

The 176 Wing consists of approximately 1400members, who are required to be IndividuallyMedical Ready (IMR). The 176 MDG currentlynotifies the Unit Health Monitor (UHM) andCommander of discrepancies in their unit. Amedical listing is sent out to each unitidentifying each members requirements. Due toinefficiencies, an opportunity is provided tostreamline the process and create a standard

forthe wing.

• This is a problem because personnel are not ready to deploy which ultimately affects the mission
