Full refunds are granted if a program is full. There are no refunds for absences; there is no provision for makeup classes. Photograph ReleaseKhary Stockton Programs requests parents to authorize a photograph release for each participant issuing Khary Stockton Programs the right to photograph, video or record summer participants for the purpose of illustrations, publications and websites. If a guardian wishes to decline this authorization, s/he must indicate this at the time of registration and submit a photograph of their child to Khary Stockton Programs so that we can check photographs taken during the summer.
Deposit and PaymentA nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $100 per week must accompany the registration form. 3"*&1*!'$%+&%$&#&@#+&7**&!*)&,"%012&3"*&1*!'$%+&amount is deducted from the total tuition due. KSS is closed on the fourth of July. Camp will be held July 2, 3, 5, 6.

Medication AdministrationThe KSS staff members do not administer nonprescription medications; they will only administer prescription medications. In order for prescription medications to be administered to a student by a KSS staff member, the Authorization/Parental Consent for Administering Medication form must be completed by a parent/guardian and your child’s physician. Lunch and SnackThe KSS camp does not provide lunch. Students attending camp weeks as well as Before Care and After Care should pack a bag lunch, drink, and snacks that do not require refrigeration or heating. Lunches must be clearly labeled with the student’s name and date. At 12:00 p.m., KSP staff escort students to airconditioned rooms to eat their lunches. After lunch, students will be monitored. At 12:30 p.m. when lunch ends, students are escorted to their afternoon classes. St. John Academy is a peanutcontrolled environment. We request that students not bring anything in their lunches or snacks that contains peanuts, peanut butter, any peanut products, or products containing peanut oil. Please label peanut substitutes accordingly to avoid any
confusion.

ConductKhary Stockton Programs follows St. John Academy’s conduct and discipline policies and expects students to comply with generally accepted standards of behavior. No refund will be granted in the event of a dismissal for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.
Release of StudentsThe KSP Summer staff will assume that both parents/guardians have equal legal custody of their children and will release children to either parent/guardian unless provided with a copy of legal documentation indicating otherwise. Any changes in who is picking up your child, regardless of whether that person is familiar to the student, must be communicated to the director of KSP in writting. Children will not be released to anyone other than their parent(s)/guardian(s) without a written statement from the parent/guardian with legal custody.
Late PickupsCarpool is a very busy time as there are children leaving campus, being dropped off, and moving to new classes. In order to help facilitate children transitioning, carpool ends promptly 10 minutes after its designated start time. Children not picked up within
the allotted 10minute window will be monitored by a staff member in the front building of St John School and an $15 late fee will be automatically charged to your account. Any child not picked up at the end of the day by 3:40 p.m. will automatically be enrolled in After care (extended care) for that day. The daily dropin fee of $15 will be assessed beginning at 3:40 p.m. After care ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. A late fee per pickup will be assessed for all pickups after 6:00 p.m. Between 6:00 – 6:30 p.m., charges are $25 for every 15 minutes or fraction thereof. After 30 minutes, charges increase to $50 for every 15 minutes or fraction thereof.
