Welcome to 2016 and I trust that your year has gotten off to a great start!

As many of you will already be aware, the end of last year was a little hectic for me, with moving companies and having to rebrand myself. Previously with Place Real Estate for 6 years, and working in beautiful Yeronga for over 3yrs, business was going well, however when learning about the fantastic opportunity to join McGrath in Yeronga (the old Remax team and Sharon Wilson who has been selling in the area for nearly 16 years) I was thrilled and it was an obvious choice for me.

I am very proud of who we are and what we stand for at McGrath. As your local agent and advisor I am here for the long haul and is great to know I have the backing of a company who stand by my beliefs as a person - not just a real estate agent.

Kristy did an excellent job of researching the market prior to listing the property for sale. This ensured that our initial approach secured the broadest and most appropriate audience. Her communication skills with prospective buyers ensured that the most accurate “voice of market” price point could be honed in on allowing me to make informed and confident decisions in the negotiation phase. During the negotiating phase, she worked tirelessly to push up the buy price and improve the contract terms for me. I am also confident that her recommendation to sell ahead of auction was the correct call.
