It was formed by a group of friends whose active lifestyles created a need for combining fitness tracking and extreme mobility with all the functions available on their mobile devices. Instead of going the traditional route, the founders decided to utilize crowdfunding to make the building of Kreyos truly collaborative with the people who would wear what would become the Meteor on a daily basis.
