KPN ÉÉN CALLCENTER/WAITING QUEUEThe callcenter licence is required for each and every user/ telephone.

There are three different profiles:

STARTER: Hunt group with Queue, up to 25 queued callers, overflow after the defines maximum waiting time, welcome announcement. Music on hold and comfort messages

STANDARD: Queue up to 50 waiting callers, configuration for overflow, bounced and stranded calls, call center agents can indicate their status by device, Web GUI or Call center agent software: available, not available, busy, statuses of inbound calls

PREMIUM: Queue up to 525 callers, automatic answers, forced call forwarding, night service, vacation and public holiday schedule

KPN ÉÉN FLEX SEATING

With Flex Seating the phone is part of the flexible workplace.

Employees with fixed telephones will have acces on every flexseat telephone to their own “environment”.Users log in with their own extension (abbreviated Intern number) and a PIN.

Then the personal user configuration is loaded, including the phone number and personal settings. The user logs off when he leaves the workplace. If the user forgets to log off, the device answers automatically after some time off yourself. This time is set.

KPN ÉÉN GROUP OPTIONS 1

Hunt Group: embraces a number of users profiles reachable under a single group telephone number. The call will be forward automatically by means of a selected distribution to a freer user profile allocated to the hunt group:

Circular (in sequence of the list of users)

Regular (the list of users is run through from top to bottom, repeatedly)

Uniform (the user that had not had a call for the longest time)

Waited Call Distribution ( this enables a percentage to be assigned to a user)

KPN ÉÉN GROUP OPTIONS 2GROUP CALL:

A group call is a complete and easy to use HD Hifi audio conferencing service an needs to be purchased for each simultaneous user. A user is able to create group calls via outlook and send other users a conference request. By Clicking a link in the email , the participants can get the system to call them so the can join the group. For call moderators there is a simple web applications for managing the group call, and shows the participants.

Single Layer Menu (choose one for, choose 2 for) for enabling you to forward the caller automatically to the right department.

Multiple Layer Menu offers you the possibility to route the calls by means of a three structure to the right department, person or voice mailbox.

Group forwarding ALTIJD/ALWAYS: redirecting a call that comes in a group number/ hunt group, to a different number. You have to take this module for each group number for which you wish to use it.

Group forwarding SELECTIEF/ SELECTIVE: entering a criteria for a group telephone number in the webportal and makes it possible to indicate which calls must be redirected, and conversely, those not to be directed.

Group Forwarding BEZET/BUSY: redirecting calls if the group is busy

Group Night Service: Call forwarding outside office hours
