The performance of the department improved from 70% to 91% in less than 2 years. KPIs and a balanced scorecard system was developed and implemented in an accounting department of a large FMCG company covering the entire accounting and tax operations. The performance of the entire accounting function improved from 68% to 92% in less than 2 years.
