KHONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. (formerly known as : PERUSAHAAN

PLASTIK ADIK BERADIK KHONG SDN BHD.) is an established manufacturing of

plastic injection parts company incorporated in 1982. The company principal business is

the manufacturing of plastic injection components according to specification. Other related

services are Hot Stamping, Silkscreen Printing and Mould/ Die making.

The Company undertakes to manufacture plastic injection components for industries like:

electrical, computer, engineering, furniture, car accessories, stationeries, souvenirs and

household products.

Our factory is using Japanese injection moulding machines with mould clamping force

ranging from 80 tons to 1300 tons. These are fully automatic machines and we have well

trained and experienced personnel to handle maintenance and immediate machines

problems.

We assure best quality control and follow strictly according to customer indication for

products mould in our factory.

KHONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD adopts the ISO 9001:2008 requirements in

our company quality management system. We shall be responsible to ensure our quality

management system compliant to the ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirements. The compliant

status is confirmed by assessment of 3rd

Justification of Exclusion

The quality management system documented in this Quality Manual was established in

accordance to ISO 9001:2008 requirements. This Quality Manual defines the mandatory

policy and procedures.

KHONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD had identified the *permissible

exclusions based on the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 under clause 7, the exclusions

are as below:

ISO 9001:2008 Clauses 7.3 Design and Development

Justification: KHONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD activities does not

involve in design and development because the customer supplies all

input information of the product, no research or design activity shall

carried out. KHONG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD does

design the mold and jig to develop the new product, we categories

this presses of development of mold and jig is part of the planning for

product realization.

ISO 9001:2008 Clauses 7.5.2 Validation of Processes for Production and Service

Provision

Justification: All products/service provided by KHONG PLASTIC

INDUSTRIES SDN BHD can be verified by subsequent verification

at appropriate stages prior to delivery.

The top management shall determine and provide the infrastructure needed to achieve

conformity to product requirements. Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance

are carried out on infrastructure and work environment to ensure the continuing capability

in achieving product requirements. Machine maintenance could be coordinated with

machine supplier when necessary to maintain the accuracy of the machine.

supplied product apply to any job,

administration function shall be

responsible to keep track of the

supplied part with suitable recording,

where else production function shall

be responsible to safe guard the

supplied part prior to the assemble

work. Any lose, damage, or unsuitable

use of the customer property should be

reported to customer and record shall

be maintained in administration

function.
