Dean J Mathews has over 10 years of p r o fe s s i o n a l e x p e r i e n c e i n Pr o j e c t Management and Property Development in India and worldwide, Mr. Mathews is instrumental in the development of Hebron Enclave and Hebron Towers, a luxury and an affordable luxury project by Hebron Properties respectively. Mr. Mathews is

credited with design & execution of several p r o j e c t s i n B a n g a l o r e a n d C o c h i n . Conceptualizations, Designing & Execution of project are his forte. In addition he has proven skills in day to day management of projects.

Prior to Hebron Properties, Mr. Mathews was

a core member of the team that was steering the Palm Jumeria, International City, China Town Projects and many more in Dubai.

A self-trained artist and a musician, he is passionate about his work and is always willing to go that extra mile to do his best in whatever he pursues.

Mr. Vineeth Nair is the Vice President � Operations at Hebron Properties. He brings with him an extensive real estate experience of over 23 years in Construction & Project Management.

In Hebron Properties, he is responsible for all

the Projects design & development, budgeting and execution. He ensures all projects are completed within the budgets and on time, meeting client needs and eventually business objectives. He monitors the progress on a day to day basis and controls finances on projects. He manages of

a huge team of architects, engineers, architects, construction managers and many more divisions.

Prior to joining Hebron, Mr. Vineeth was working with Century Group, wherein he was responsible for the Execution of Projects.

Mr. Chandra Rao is the Senior Financial Advisory for Hebron Properties Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Rao is equipped with more than 20 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts.

Prior to joining Hebron Properties, he was working with Royal Palms where he was

responsible for Accounts & Finance. He has also worked with companies like ACC Cements, Raasi Cements, Gujarat Argo, Allwyn & BHEL in the past.

As the Senior Financial Advisory, Mr. Rao brings to the table of mix of corporate experience, financial strategy evolution skills

a n d s t r o n g l e g a l k n o w l e d g e b a s e . Responsible for the smooth operations of the Finance & Accounts Departments, Mr. R ao is responsible for the ef f ic ient deployment of resources and working capital needs of the Company.

Mr. Nikhil Isaac heads the Marketing at Hebron Properties. Academically, Nikhil Isaac is a Civil Engineer after which he pursued his Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management.

Equipped with professional experience of 10 years in the multiple facets of the Real Estate Business, that covered a plethora of assignments across real estate assets such as retail, residential, hospitality, commercial

and amusement parks, where he was responsible for marketing strategies, development advisory and investment strategies for many prestigious projects and developers in India. In the past he was also instrumental in conceiving and executing many award-winning innovations. He recently was certified as a LEED AP � Neighborhood Development, a global certification in green buildings.

Currently he spearheads the complete marketing portfolio at Hebron Properties. Since it is a boutique brand within the industry, it becomes essential to establish the brand which broadly covers aspects of marketing activities. He is also involved in establishing Hebron as a green builder and is responsible for the conceptualization of new projec t launches. Pass ionate about sustainable development, he aims to be the change agent in the industry.

Mr. Rajendra Prashad is responsible for sales at Hebron Properties. Prior to this, he was working with Sobha Developers. He brings with him a rich experience of over 10 years in B a n k i n g , F i n a n c e & R e a l E s t a t e . Academically, Rajendra Prashad is an MBA graduate from MKM �IIM Jaipur.

At Hebron Properties, he is responsible for the overall sales of all the projects in Bangalore. He studies & implements market strategies, analyses trends and results by establishing set sales objectives. His expertise lies in forecasting and developing annual sales targets for specific regions current and uncoming projects. He also takes

care of the overall sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Mr. Mohan Kumar heads the Accounts & Finance Department at Hebron Properties. With over 18 years of experience he is hands on in Management, Business Leadership working alongside the Board of Directors, Banks and Attorneys.

At Hebron, he looks after all the financial information of the Company, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting

future cash trends. He along with his Team formulates strategic and long term business plans for each vertical. Managing the complete financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems and liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. Also maintaining mechanisms that minimize risks and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations.

An MBA Graduate, his expertise lies in creat ing budgets for the Company, forecasting cash flows, business valuations and audits. He has also worked closely with Sales & Service Tax and Excise departments in his previous stints.

A good listener, he is always willing to accept his colleague's views with a smile. He believes that life is a learning process.

SPV i.e. Special Purpose Vehicle is an entity formed for a particular project. Such entities are formed with a view to bring in investors particularly interested in a single specific

project. Although an SPV can be in various forms, we will incorporate SPVs under Companies Act, 2013 which assures stronger protection of investors' rights. We will invite

potential NRIs/ FIIs/ PIOs to be part of such SPVs' ownership, invest their valuable monetary resources and take back returns on their investments along with the capitals.

Non Resident Indian (NRI) is a citizen of India, who stays abroad for employment/carrying

on business or vocation outside India or stays abroad under circumstances indicating an

intention for an uncertain duration of stay abroad is a non-resident.

Person of Indian Origin (PIO) (not being a citizen of Pakistan or Bangladesh or Sri Lanka or Afghanistan or China or Iran or Nepal or

by virtue of the Constitution of India or the Citizenship Act, 1955 (57 of 1955).

HEBRON has paved the avenues through which Foreign Institutions and NRIs can come forward to make investments in its SPVs with statutory compliances as per Indian Laws including FEMA being taken care of by HEBRON Properties. These investment models not only ensure the statutory compliances but also assure the

investors with respect to giving agreed returns on their investments and also the safe withdrawal of their invested capitals.

Besides, HEBRON Properties provides transparency on the capital and its utilization during the period of its stay with HEBRON in its SPV. It gives an opportunity to the

investors to become partner in the SPV with the investment amount investor can afford to invest.

The SPV will be based on mutually agreed terms and conditions between investors and HEBRON Properties.
