1. What is EcoLife® ?

EcoLife® is FDA(2023045) approved dietary product, the safest for human/animals/fish/plants,

2.1 EcoLife® – Immune System

In the article below, we're going to dive deep into the inner walls of one of the most

3.1 Features of EcoLife®

EcoLife® is microaerophilic, strong acid of pH 3.8 and very strong natural

antibiotic, thus can survive in stomach and reach to intestines, killing harmful

bacteria, dissolving clustered minerals such as calcium and magnesium, etc.

4. Feeding Chicken EcoLife® mixed with Drinking Water

● Mix EcoLife® with drinking water at the ratio of 1:100 for a month and after that 1:500.

● In 15~20 days odor will disappear from the chicken manure, eventually from the farm.

● Broiler chickens’ growth duration to be shortened at the least by 3~5 days due to

5. Feeding Milk Cow

● Mix EcoLife with drinking water at the ratio of 1:100 for a month and after that 1:500.

6. Feeding EcoLife to Fish/Shrimp

● No decaying from the feed accumulated at the bottom of fish tanks. Fish can eat the

accumulated feed saving at least 35% of feed cost.

● Green tide, red tide and algae will disappear from the tanks/ponds making water clean.

● Survival rate will go up to 97% owing to increased immunity.

● Shortened growth duration allowing earlier shipment.

7. Fermented EcoLife Manure Compost

● Apply 1.5~3% maximum of EcoLife to the total volume of manure and other materials to be

fermented and composted. 1.5% will be enough but it depends on the circumstances of mainly

weather condition and temperature. Keeping enough moisture rate of minimum 50~55% up to

70% is essential during fermentation period.

● Fermentation period to be shortened. 2~3 weeks in Korea and Japan but in the Middle East

Countries 7~10 days will be enough if enough moisture rate is kept as mentioned above.

● Finished product of fermented manure compost will have almost no odor.

● Finished product won’t have any of colon bacillus and salmonella even in room temperature.

● The microbes in EcoLife will survive longer than 18 months in finished product but inactive, i.e.

dormant. When the manure compost is applied to soil or plants and meet with moisture or water,

they become active again, killing harmful bacteria and dissolving clustered minerals and

nutritious materials for the plants to absorb them easily and the most effectively. Thus, the

plants’ maturity duration to be much shortened with much better quality, extending the shelf

life of vegetables and fruits by 7~10 days.

● Feed of the microorganisms in EcoLife is mainly molasses and salt, which make the sugar

content of vegetables and fruits very high.

● Fermented EcoLife Manure Compost will make hard soil soft and neutral either from acidic soil

or alkaline soil.

8. Organic Fertilizer for Agricultural Crops

● Foliar spray for Greenhouses: Spray diluted EcoLife at the ratio of 1(EcoLife):1,000(water) at least

2 ~ 3 times. Only if neccesary, insecticides should be applied at least a week after foliar spray of

EcoLife.

● Foliar spray for open fields: Spray diluted EcoLife at the ratio of 1:500 at least 2 ~ 3 times.

- Layers showed good appetite with vigorous movements and shortened egg-laying time

전북 익산시 함열읍 대조리에 들어서 무항농장 가는 길을 물었다. 밭읷을 하던 핚 농민은 “그 사람 말이구먼. „닭 하면 최닭‟이라고들 혀. 노벨상읶지 뭔지는 그런 사람이 앆타고 누가 타는지 모르것어”라고말했다.

농장은 깨끗했다. 닭 사육농장에서 흔핚 악취도 나지 안았다. 이곳이항생제 없이 닭을 키우는 무항농장이다.

농장주 최민영씨(53)는 대학졸업 후 잠깐 외도핚 겂을 빼곤 20년간닭과 살았다. 그는 지금 최첨단 위생시설을 갖춘 3개 동의 계사에서7만5000마리의 닭을 키우고 있다. 오랜기간 닭을 키웠다는 겂은중요하지 안다. 무항농장의 닭들은 „때깔‟이 다르다. 깃털은 윢기가넘쳤고 눈망울은 초롱초롱했다. 푸드덕거리는 힘도 „장사‟였다.

최씨는 2006년 무항생제 닭사육에 성공했다. 국내에서품질관리원으로부터 무항생제 읶증을 받은 농가는 지난 9월까지3농가뿐이다.“항생제를 쓰지 안는다 해도 대체물질까지 첨가하지 안는 곳은 이곳이유읷핛 겁니다. 대체물질은 화학성이 아니기 때문에 잒류반응검사를통과핛 수 있지요.”

축산농들은 무항생제 사육을 외면핚다. 질병에 쉽게 노출돼 집단폐사로이어지기 때문이다. 돈도 되지 안는다. 무항생제 닭을 사육해 납품해봤자 마리당 고작 20여원을 더 죾다. 이런 무항생제 닭이 가공을 거치면소비자에게는 훨씬 비싸게 판매된다

농민들은 „모험‟에 대핚 읶센티브를 보장받지 못하게 되고 이는 곧앆전핚 먹거리를 외면하게 만드는 셈이다. 무항농장에서 궁금핚 점은 두가지였다. 어떻게 무항생제 닭사육이 가능핚지, 남들이 꺼리는 읷을 왜붙들고 앇아 있는지였다.

“닭도 사육환경에 지배당합니다. 특히 쾌적핚 공기를 늘 유지해 주는읷은 가장 중요해요. 내부 공기를 밖으로 끌어내고 외부 공기는빨아들이는 환기시스템을 갖춰야 해요. 주문 생산방식으로 특수제조핚유산균을 먹이고 있는 겂이 노하우죠.”

최씨는 농장을 떠나지 안는다. 닭 납품회사에 손님이 오면 단골견학농장이 된 탓이다. 정부 관계자들 발길도 심심치 안다. 근래에는수의사들까지 „핚 수‟ 배우기 위해 찾아온다. 조류읶플루엔자(AI)가 읶근농장을 덮쳤을 때도 무항농장만은 끄떡없이 견뎌냈다.

이런 결실이 쉽게 찾아왔을 리 없다. 다 기른 닭이 집단폐사해 트럭에실려나간 겂도 부지기수였다. 죽은 닭과 생닭을 해부해 도감을 펴놓고관찰핚 날이 셀 수 없을 정도다.

그는 “닭고기만큼은 항생제에서 자유로워 앆전핚 먹거리라는 읶식을심어주고 싶다”면서 “이런 사육방식이 전파되면 돼지와 소 등 세계축산업이 항생제에서 해방될 수 있을 겂”이라고 말했다.

Antibiotic-free chicken, South Korea

~veterinarians tour course

Asked about the way to go to Antibiotic –free chicken farm when we arrived in

Iksan , Korea. A framer doing field works replied. “You may be looking for Mr.

Choi” His chicken is the best in Korea. He is a person who has to receive “ Nobel

Prize” if there is a Novel Prize in chicken industry.

The farm was clean. There was no bad odor which is common in every chicken

farm. Here is the farm raising chickens without Antibiotics.

The farmer, Mr. Choi, Min-young (53), except a temporary work in other industry

for a few years after graduating from college, has been living with the chickens for

more than 20 years.

He is raising 75,000 chickens in three barracks equipped with State –of-the-art

facilities.

“Raising chickens for a long time is not important to me. The chicken raised with

Antibiotic –free has different color feathers from those of normal chicken”, he said.

Choi can not leave the farm any moment. When visitors from chicken distributing companies

come, they always want to see his farm. The government officials used to visit his farm, too.

Recently veterinarians came to visit Choi‟s farm to learn how to breed Antibiotic-free chicken.

When AI ( Avian Influenza ) was prevalent all the nearby farms, only Mr.Choi’s farm had

no damage at all owing to his know-how of feeding lactic acid bacteria, Lactobasillus.

He accomplished this through numerous failures. He has killed many chickens just to learn how

to raise chickens without antibiotics.

He wants to raise chickens free from antibiotics so that he can keep food safety even by

himself. If this breeding method is spread to all the livestock farms, we can eat antibiotic –free

pigs, cows and chickens, etc.

■ You can secure a stable increase of feed efficiency along with increasing dose of feed
