KYA&D Healing Service – Project Implementation

Phase 1

• development of service model & operational guidelines

• establishment of 6 bed interim service (by December 2006)

Phase 2

• establishment of 12 bed purpose built permanent service (within 12 – 18 months)

• transfer of interim service to permanent site

Phase 3

• transition of service to Ngwala (within 4 years)
