INSULATED HINGED DOOR for chill & freezer temperatures is available with frames in T5-treated anodised aluminium, white aluminium or stainless steel.Vision panels can be supplied to any dimension with double and triple glazed units for above 0°C and with heated glass for negative temperatures.The leaf finish is available in a range of RAL colours, PVC coated steel or stainless steel.We also specialise in the manufacture of double leaf insulated doors for chill or freezer temperature.

SLIDING DOORS are available for ambient, chill & freezer temperature on either a lightweight or heavy-duty sliding track.Frames can be manufactured in T5-treated anodised aluminium, white aluminium or stainless steel.Vision panels can be supplied to any dimension with double and triple glazed units for above 0°C and with heated glass for negative temperatures.The leaf finish is available in a range of RAL colours, PVC coated steel or stainless steel.The Repro SCR sliding system comes with a T5-treated anodised aluminium canopy as standard.

VERTICAL SLIDING DOOR can be installed on chill or freezer rooms and comes with automatic operation as standard.Cable and spring failure security along with photocell technology ensure that this door complies with the latest European normative and is installed by our team of expert engineers.Available with frames in T5-treated anodised aluminium, white aluminium or stainless steel.

INSULATED SECTIONAL DOOR for loading docks with 40mm or 70mm panel thickness. Internal and external finish in white painted steel or a range of RAL colours.The door is available in either manual or electric operation with a variety of opening functions.The doors can be manufactured with three different elevation types; standard lift, high lift or vertical lift. This enables the door to be adapted to any installation.

PERSONNEL DOORS are available in single or double leaf with 40mm leaf thickness. Suitable for warehouses, corridors, production areas, offices, toilets, etc. Stainless steel lever handles and hinges as standard.The leaf finish is available in a range of RAL colours, PVC coated steel or stainless steel. T5-treated anodised aluminium leaf surround.Available with frames in T5-treated anodised aluminium, white aluminium or stainless steel.

PERSONNEL SWING DOOR, available in single or double leaf, suitable for corridors and production areas. 180º self-closing hinges with stainless steel springs and optional "hold-open" function.The leaf finish is available in a range of RAL colours, PVC coated steel or stainless steel. T5-treated anodised aluminium leaf surround.Either clamp frame to suit panel thickness or fixed frame for brickwork installation.Manufactured with 350mm x 450mm oval vision panel with 4mm metacrilate glazing and grey gasket surround, as standard.A variety of door protections are also available.

WINDOWS in either fixed or sliding units for ambient, chill or freezer areas.A choice of glazing between metacrilate, laminated glass and heated glass with frames available in T5-treated anodised aluminium or white aluminium.A range of sizes can be manufactured. Please ask for more information.

RAPID RISE DOORS are suitable for operation in ambient, chill or freezer temperatures. Optional side guide, motor & hood covers are available in galvanised steel, stainless steel or a choice of RAL colours.The standard speed is 0.9 metres per second with the super-rapid rise available at 1.2 metres per second opening speed (faster door speeds are also available; up to 2.4m/s).Push button, pull cord, radar, remote control, induction loop, interlock function (between new and/or existing doors)A range of PVC colours are available including full width central vision panel.

POLYPROPYLENE SWING DOOR, available in single or double leaf, suitable for corridors and production areas. 180º self-closing hinges with stainless steel springs and optional "hold-open" function.Injected polyurethane insulation with a density of 40-45 kg/m³.Either clamp frame to suit panel thickness or fixed frame for brickwork installation. The frame can also be adapted to suit meat rail hanging systems.Manufactured with 350mm x 450mm oval vision panel with 4mm metacrilate glazing and grey gasket surround, as standard.A variety of door protections are also available.

POLYETHYLENE SWING DOOR, available in single or double leaf, suitable for corridors and production areas. 180º self-closing hinges with stainless steel springs and optional "hold-open" function.15mm polyethylene leaf in white as standard with other colour options available at additional cost.Either clamp frame to suit panel thickness or fixed frame for brickwork installation. AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM has been designed for use on heavy-duty and lightweight sliding door tracks.The control panel has been regularly updated to give the latest features and a range of door operations are also available:Push button, pull cord, radar, induction loop, remote control, interlock, etc.

DISPLAY CABINET DOORS can be adapted to install onto insulated panel or supermarket furniture and can operate at chill or freezer temperature.The aluminium surround profile is available in T5-treated anodised aluminium with 15 micron stainless steel finish or white powder coated aluminium.The glazing can be double or triple glazed and for negative temperatures we can offer heated glass.Lighting is an optional extra and a variety of dimensions are available.

FIRESEAL FIRE RATED PERSONNEL DOORS are available with 30, 60 or 120 minute fire ratings. The door has been designed to have a similar appearance to the standard personnel door and is manufactured with a stainless steel clamp frame and stainless steel leaf surround.The stainless steel frame is prepared for easy installation onto insulated panel and can be adapted to fit onto blockwork. The leaf finish can be provided in white foodsafe PVC (RAL9010), white polyester, stainless steel or any RAL reference.

ROLLER SHUTTERS with either insulated or un-insulated laths are available in a range of colours. Manual or automatic with a variety of operation functions.FIRE SHUTTERS are also available (up to 4-hour rating) with solenoid release and tube motor.DOCK SHELTERS and DOCK LEVELLERS can also be manufactured to bespoke dimensions.Please contact the office for more information.
