Leave this blank Type the last six digits of your PF account no. as available in your Payslip

Type your mobile number in which you would like to receive the SMS

Tick this box

Click on “Submit”

• You will receive an SMS format of which is as given below:

• “EPF Balance in A/C No. TN/XXX/xxxxxxx/xxx/xxxxxxx is EE Amt: Rs.xxxx, ER Amt: Rs.xxxx As on dd-mm-yy (Accounts updated upto 31-03-2010) –

EPFO”

• EE Amt means Employee contribution• ER Amt means Employer contribution
