FROM THE FIELD AGENT'S DESK... Unique product for Estate Planning: Your Order offers Survivorship Universal Life (SUL), a second to die life insurance program. A single SUL plan covers two people, and the death benefit is paid upon the death of the second person – which is normally when your estate will be taxed. Consider what would happen to your heirs if they owe taxes on your estate. If no cash is available, they might be forced to liquidate assets to pay estate taxes – possibly at a fraction of their true value. Fortunately, the Knights of Columbus offers a way for you to help your heirs meet estate settlement costs without subtracting from the total value of your estate – with Survivorship Universal Life. For further information call: Richard (Dick) Musto, FIC, FICF, Utica Council Field Agent – 782-0889

SEMINARIAN FUNDWe are currently supporting two seminarians and one person studying to become a nun. We will send a total of $2500 split among these three students. The money is sent directly to them and is used by them for personal expenses. If you would like to support the Seminarian Fund please send a check to the Council office payable to Knights of Columbus Seminarian Fund. Thank you. Ed O'Toole, F.S., PGK, Seminarian Chairman.
