Layton Peck has been playing guitar since 1964 and has been performing professionally since 1976, encompassing hundreds of venues, many different musical styles, and real life engagements in every Province of Canada, also in The United States, The Caribbean, and Europe. He has taught music, specifically guitar for the Ottawa Board of Education, Ken Parisien Music in Ottawa, privately (on and off over the years), and most recently was a guitar and Western Music In- structor at the Naad Academy in Surrey BC. He has had success as a guitar teacher, both one on one and in a class setting, making 'having fun, making music' the top priority. It has also been his privilege to work and perform live with several major Country, Pop, Folk, Rock, Punjabi, and Jazz recording artists, and bring a level of maturity and wealth of experience to the teaching and learning of music through guitar.
