I am applying for this program in order to continue studying my favorite domain in a new environment, with new people surrounded by a new culture. My ambition is to improve the Moldavian justice system. In school I've been always fond of history and English. At the moment I study law at an English department in Moldova State University and in several months I will graduate my Bachelors.

Complementing my letter I want to mention that I have teamwork experience, also I try to enhance my communication and leadership skills. I am a confident and hard-working student, alongside with my academic tasks I participate in various projects and extracurricular activities. I like English and study it hard since I was a boy. I've got an advanced level of English and I'm really fluent in French, alongside with Russian and Romanian being my native languages.

My name is Oleg Andreev and I’m a student at Moldova State University. It would be awesome to continue my studies in Europe, I expect to achieve a comprehensive knowledge from a European university, and as a consequence to become a better specialist. The most attractive point is outstanding educational system, expert knowledge that I will gain and excellent facilities. It is true that the Rule of Law and Human Rights are better manifested in Europe ,hence I want to obtain a vast comparative legal knowledge and to improve our shattered Moldavian justice system. Students and youngsters of Moldova are its most valuable treasures thus it is so important for us to absorb as much as we can from European culture.

It would be awesome to continue my studies in Europe, I expect to achieve a comprehensive knowledge from a European university, and as a consequence to become a better specialist. I am sure that I will study the same domain but from a better perspective. And these are the main expectations.

My student life consists not just from studying, but also from interaction with different people, from Moldova and other countries. It happens due to my English department. Currently I participate in various projects financed by the European Union. It is usually a conference which has a legal approach, such as: ,,Moldavian Media and it's legal perspectives '',,Legal writing'', ,,Privacy within the European Convention on Human Rights'' Etc. This makes me feel comfortable while interacting with people from different countries. Thus it makes my desire to study abroad even stronger. Last summer I participated in the American Summer program , I traveled all over the US and got marvelous memories. I have also enhanced my English and my communication skills, I came back to Moldova a whole new person, a better person. I look forward to double this experience by studying in a European University and compare the societies from all over the world.

Studying abroad will help me understand new people new cultures ,I will visit the historical places I've heard of just in books and will widen my horizon with astonishing memories.

I am confident of my decision and I know that I will be capable to bring back to my university a high level of energy and enthusiasm. I hope that the given reasons were enough to persuade you to admit me at your university.
