Sharpening Your Communication and Customer Service SkillsAre your communication skills in need of a quick brush-up? Have you ever received a message from a colleague and didn’t quite understand the point of the message or if you needed to respond? Do you ever wonder why your email communications are ignored? Do you know the correct use of the words compliment and complement? Do you ever wonder how your colleagues or customers end up frustrated or confused?
