Our Business Model

• “World News” objective is to build traffic and visibility. Exit strategy is acquisition by online media companies wishing to leverage “World News” user base to drive other “remunerative” information services

• KipCast to follow the same route and develop vertical news aggregation applications (business/sports/entertainment) for AppStore downloads.

• Target is for 100k user downloads per application (on average $3 to $5 per app - with yearly extensions).

• Assuming 3-5 new applications per year, this approach results in new revenues between $900K and $2.5M per year
