2. Copper / Copper Alloy / Aluminum Parts 2.1 Flexible connectors made with copper strips
(laminated shunts)
We produce various laminated connectors according to customer drawings and specifications. The parts are manufactured in high quality with approved materials and suitable processes: press-/diffusion welding; soldering/brazing; riveting. Copper strips: Copper purity: ≥99.9%.
Thickness: 0.05mm - 0.3mm.
Surface treatment: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.

2.2 Flexible connectors made with braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes (braided shunts)
The connectors are made out of braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes, cold-pressed on both ends with terminals.
We manufacture highly flexible braids with annealed uncoated or tinned high purity copper wires. Such braids are mainly used for earthing or lightning conducting as well as industrial current transfer applications.
General information: Copper purity: ≥99.9%.
Diameter of the copper wires:
0.20mm; 0.15mm (standard);
0.10mm; 0.05mm (available according to customers' requirement).
Surface treatment of the wires: uncoated or tinned.
Solderless cold-pressed.
Surface treatment of the contact areas: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.
Insulating of flexible part with shrinkable insulating tube could be made.

2.3 Flexible insulated busbars
Flexible insulated busbars consist of several layers of uncoated or tinned copper strips and are insulated with highly flexible PVC compound with extrusion technology. They are excellently suitable for high current connections inside switchgears, switchboards or other electro technical installations.

Main features of flexible insulated busbars: Easy assembly: it could be easily bended and fixed with hands or easy
tools.
Possibility of reducing sizes of the equipment:
Due to favorable thermal radiation properties, the flexible insulated busbars can handle heavier current loads than solid busbars of the same cross-section.
Due to good insulating performance of the PVC, it could be possible to reduce the distances between different flexible insulated busbars and between the flexible insulated busbars and earth.
The bending-radius could be smaller than that of normal cable or solid copper bars, so that the connections could be more simple and short.
Lower temperature rise on the flexible insulated busbars than on normal copper bars.
High flexibility: no problem with vibrations or thermal expansions.
Application of flexible insulated busbars: The flexibility of the bars makes it possible to install into difficult equipment or small places very easily. They can be particularly well used as connectors in switchgears and between transformers, switching devices and prefabricated power networks.

Guidance for selecting the correct dimensions The ampacities are related to the cross-sections and operating ambient temperature, as shown in above table. Therefore, three factors should be considered for deciding the dimensions:

Example (just for reference):
If operating ambient temperature is 40℃, and you need ampacity 510A with bar width < 40mm, you could get allowed highest temperature-rise 65K (105℃-40℃=65K), so you could decide dimension 32×1×4. With this bar, the highest temperature-rise will be 50K with current 520A.

4. Liquid-cooled Heat Sinks
We produce liquid-cooled heat sinks sealed with friction stir welding (FSW) technology.
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a solid-state joining process in which the welding is done with frictional heat generated between the welding tool shoulder / pin and the materials of the work pieces. The heat causes the stirred materials to soften without reaching the melting point so that a solid-state joining could be achieved. The joint has a monolithic structure with mechanical properties similar to the parent materials of welded parts.
The FRICTION STIR WELDING TECHNOLOG is with outstanding advantages:

With high strength similar to the parent materials of welded part
No pores
No flaws
No residual stress
No deformation
No smoke dust, no splash, very low noise in production
The heat sinks can be made with copper or aluminum and coated according to customer specification.
Our design is based on the ICEPAK - the most advanced thermal design software for electronic equipment, and the validity of the thermal and flow performance is verified by simulation and testing.
The welding quality is checked with X-ray tester and the leakage test is made according to customers’ requirements, for example 6~12 bar applied for 10-24 hours with pass criterion of pressure loss at the end of test < 0.2 bars.

5. Mechanical & Electrical Components 5.1 Shock absorbers (oil dampers)
The shock absorbers are basically oil pumps: a piston is attached to the end of the piston rod and works against hydraulic fluid in the pressure tube. As the load travels up and down, the hydraulic fluid is forced through tiny orifices inside the piston. However, these orifices let only a small amount of fluid through the piston. This slows down the piston, which in turn slows down the load movement and absorbs the shocks. The amount of resistance a shock absorber develops depends on the speed of the load and the number and size of the orifices in the piston.
We produce different type adjustable and non-adjustable shock absorbers. High quality components and strict process control is designed to assure the high quality of the shock absorbers: no oil leakage, reliable functions, long service life.
5.2 Draw-out units Draw-out unit is important operating mechanisms used in switchgears for realizing interlocks of door, shutter, VCB and earthing switch. High manufacturing precision is required for the product to achieve reliable interlocks. We can manufacture different types of draw-out units.

5.3 Load break switch (arc-strangler switchblade)
The load break switch is a switchblade with integral arc-strangler load breaking device for hinge-style mounting:
This product includes a stationary core and a spring-loaded sliding sleeve which could quickly cut off the arc produced between the mounting contact and blade during load breaking operation.

With advanced CNC machines, we manufacture metal sheet punched & bended parts, metal stamped or pressed parts, machined and turned parts, such as boxes, plates, doors, axis, spindles, nuts, pins……
Our high speed CNC turret punch machine with hydraulic system is for processing metal sheets up to size 1250mm*2500mm and thickness 6mm with accuracy ±0.10mm. We also have advanced CNC machines for precision machining of different metal parts.
