Meets the most important demands of the clients. The KINSHOFER P-Grapple with its two different types of 360° rotation was engineered to deliver an orange peel grapple for the handling of bulky materials with a maximum closing force and optimal weight to performance ratio in daily use. This robust tool can be used for a wide variety of jobs, e.g. scrap handling. Orange peel grapple with 3, 4 or 5 tines up to 800 litres volume for the handling of bulky scrap with excavators from 16t up to 25t operating weight, or as heavy duty version (VHD-Series) for excavators from 26t up to 50t operating weight and with up to 1500 litres volume.

Available with 3, 4 or 5 tines in different profiles. Hydraulic cylinders are fitted with replaceable piston rod protection and are hydraulically end cushioned. Oil distributor with integrated non-return valve mounted directly underneath rotator. Oil distribution and hydraulic hoses are protected in the carrier. Greasing points are easily accessible. Reinforced tines made of wear-resistant steel HB 400. Weld-on tips made of high resistant forged and tempered steel HB 500. High closing force. P22V: 17 kN / P30VHD: 27 kN / P40VHD: 37 kN / P51VHD: 33 kN at an operating pressure of 35 MPa. Accurate fittings eliminate tine distorsion, solid end stops (open & close). Reinforced bolts, large bearing surface for bolts, specially coated solid steel bushings. Robust, fully integrated rotation with sturdy slewing ring and internal hoses guarantees optimum force transmission and prevents hose break.
