The current rental market across Perth has

slowed leaving some investors with empty

need to be painted.

5. Kitchens and bathrooms – Tenants want these

areas to feel fresh and clean. All surfaces should be

free of mould and lime scale. The oven and cooker

top need to be clean and free of rust.

These few changes are cost effective and easy

changes an investor can make to their property. This

will ensure your property wins over the competition in

the local area and get yours rented sooner.
