Here in sabar dairy, our survey has conducted by self selection of the sample.
At the time of survey the period was retirement period and thus employees were getting retired at that time, we don’t grab the opportunity of studying the job satisfaction level of retiring employees.
Due to insecurity or fear, responses given by the respondents were not reliable in case of questions to promotion, and management bodies its corporate planning etc.
Employees in the organization were quite busy so they had no enough ansd sufficient time to give proper and, more information.
In survey the sample size is limited up to 60 samples only.
This survey was conducted within the period of one and half month so may be possible that it do not give the perfect reason of level of satisfaction
in the organization.

RECOMMENDATION
Having studied the several aspect of job satisfaction here we put some recommendation for strengthening the job satisfaction level of employees at sabar dairy.
Here are some recommendations;-
To decrease the dissatisfaction regarding salary, consult surveys or make comparable with that you are offering in addition, make sure you have clear policies related to salary.
To improve productivity of workers you have to provide them reasonable reward or motivate them in their work. For that you have to make the transparent and faultless recognition and reward policies.
For motivating the employees to work better you have to make proper establishment of the proper performance appraisal policies.
During surveys employees wants that medical insurance taken by the dairy itself for all employees.
31
CONCLUSION
It was indeed a memorable and everlasting experience for us visit unit. I learned how to implement the theoretical knowledge to the practical and industrial environment.
Here to conclude our research project on job satisfaction of employees at sabar dairy, I found that the employees are somewhat or strongly satisfied with some areas like safety, facilities and working condition, performance reward, benefit package system. But employees are more dissatisfied with their salary want incensement in it. The implies also want the improvement in the welfare facilities and medical facilities.
Thus, for the improvement in the job satisfaction level of the employee’s sabar dairy has to focus on the factors in which the employees are dissatisfied and make the improvement in the policies. So it is helpful in motivating and productivity of employees as well as the organization.
