Eastern Michigan’s African Student Association anticipates educating African citizens, first generation and second generation Africans and students of African descent, about modern African culture. We also hope to unite students from different African culture and bridge the gap between those who are directly connected to Africa and those who are only descendants, as well as other students on campus.

Southeast Asian Student Association

Regardless of racial identity, we aim to unite any domestic or international students who want to pursue a deeper understanding and interest in Southeast Asian culture and its countries. We also intend to create a space/communion for our underrepresented population of Southeast Asian students at EMU to preserve its identities while still sharing what we have in common.

The Nation Inc

We are a mentoring organization that provides guidance for Elementary-High School grade students. We also provide entertainment and Interactive events to bring campus together.

Women In Computer Science

Our Mission: is to provide outreach to women interested in computer science, giving them opportunities to learn, practice their skills, learn about cool Computer Science-related events on campus, and meet other women involved in computer science.

The purpose of the Latinx Student Association is to give the Latinx student body a comfortable place to express their culture, as well as giving the opportunity for non-Latinx students the chance to learn and experience the various Latinx cultures.
