They had to colour their monster template and then took on the role of hair stylists / barber!
They took on their role very seriously as they snipped away the hair (long paper strips) of their monsters.

they wanted to draw a face
within the space provided on a paper bag!

Once the faces were drawn, the children had to cut
vertical lines through the paper bag to create “hair” for the faces!
They determine the length, how fine and what hairdo they would like it to be!

Carissa had two toys that day and she decided to show us her squeazy-bounce-back walrus.
She learned the name of of the animal which she did not know previously.
The walrus was passed around and everyone could feel & touch & squeeze it … even Teacher had a go at it!
Such simple joy brought much delight and laughter to all ….

Nathanael brought an aeroplane whose front opens the cockpit and rear opens to the luggage compartment.

Maya told her friends that her brown wooden toy dolphin has a broken fin.

Aesthetics (Music & Movement)
The Joy & Peace children were quick to catch on this nursery rhyme and its gameplay!
They weaved in and out the circle without difficulty
and managed to form a train according to the game play, as the song went on.
The Love 1 & 2 had a good time learning to understand the rules of the game with the help of the teachers!
