GENERAL INFORMATION
Description:
• 16 acres of coastal land outside the urban plan, with exclusive access to the beach. It is ideal for building a luxury hotel. Note that Kimolos is one of the subsidized islands for tourism.
• Privileged position, also including a creek of 3-4 meters average width (in fact it is a small stream, which ends at the sea’s mouth).
• The combination of the creek, the vegetation with the right landscaping such as, bridges over the creek, pathways, mood lighting, etc, could result into creating an exotic environment ideal for relaxation.
