SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, SCRUM – HCL AMERICA JULY -2015 to CurrentManaged a team of 7 onshore and 2 offshore Scrum Team members which included Software Architects, Application Developers, and Quality Testers. Worked with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner to deliver a roadmap of Enterprise wide consumer facing communications applications features in two-week sprints. Project was Ethernet over Fiber over Copper (EuFbCo) related.

Facilitated Scrum Ceremonies for global scrum team including daily standup, planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and PI planning.

There were 15 Scrum teams on the enterprise release train associated with this team. Product increments were delivered on a quarterly basis in consecutive two week sprints.

TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT – MULTIPLAN 2014-2015Managed a team of 10 onshore and 7 offshore .Net developers in two separate Scrum Teams. Worked with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to deliver a roadmap of consumer facing enterprise wide medical claims processing features in two-week sprints. The development team used Java, C#.Net, MVC 5, SOAP and REST web services, CSS, HTML and AJAX.

Planned, hired, retained, and managed the .Net support application development team; ensured strong team communications via deployment meetings and drove compliance with SSAE16 security requirements.
