To reduce Plant 13’s 8C waste pounds.

Baseline: 0.3021 lbs per 8C lbs

Goal: 0.2115 (30% reduction)

Projected Savings: $24,572

To make sure roll length is accurate

Inaccuracy could affect production and waste (give customer too little or too much, scrap too little or too much, etc.)

Possibly update machine scale factors as needed
