Pray for the Lord to help and comfort children who are needy, hungry, and do not have a place to live.

Pray for orphans who live in other nations.

Pray for Christians in nations where they are not allowed to worship Jesus freely.

Pray for God to bring peace to nations that are at war.

The most populated nation in the world is China, with over 1.3 billion people. The least populated territory in the world is Pitcairn, with only 48 people. Pray for both large and small populations to come to know Jesus!

Just begin. You’re important! God hears your prayers and wants to hear from you.

This map is a tool to help you remember to pray for your family, your nation, your president, and all the nations of the world in one month. Begin each day with Step 1 and follow through all the steps!

PRAY FOR YOUR FAMILY

Write the names of your family members below and pray for them every day:

_________________________________________________

MOSI

SOM

At the right is a list of each day’s countries to pray for. Say the name of each country and then find it on the large world map on the other side using its number. Ask God to touch the hearts of boys and girls in these nations and ask Him to help supply their daily needs, such as shelter, food and water.

Pray that everyone in today’s list of nations will have a chance to hear about Jesus. Some of these countries do not allow people to use their Bibles or go to church. Ask God to allow people in these nations freedom to go to church and worship Him. Ask God to protect Christian workers who are trying to tell others about Jesus in these countries.

Using the space below, write out a prayer need that’s just for you and then ask God to meet this need. Pray, also, for God to bless you and help you grow in Him.

My special prayer request:

Hi! I am Sofia, and I am from Nicaragua. I’m getting ready to go on a prayer adventure around the world with my friends Mosi from Kenya and Som from Thailand!

The world is a huge place with more than 200 countries and a total population of 7 billion people! 2.2 billion children live in the world, and the number gets bigger every day. Some kids look like you—same color hair, same color eyes, same color skin. Some look very different from you, and they dress differently than you do. Some live in cities and some are nomadic (constantly moving around and sleeping in tents). Let’s begin an adventure that will take us to every nation on earth as we pray for other boys and girls!

... for countries all over the earth can make a difference in the lives of other boys and girls!
