Training• 13 courses:
– 1 Curso de experto/a universitario/aria en planes de igualdad y conciliación
– 4 cursos sobre la Ley de Igualdad, dirigidos al empresariado de las Islas
– 2 cursos sobre planes de igualdad, dirigidos a delegadas y delegados sindicales
– 1 Curso sobre los aspectos laborales de la Ley de Igualdad, dirigido a profesionales de la abogacía
– 1 Curso de habilidad y buenas prácticas directivas, dirigido a mujeres predirectivas
– 4 cursos sobre cómo constituir una empresa, dirigidos a mujeres en paro con espíritu emprendedor
• 460 beneficiaries of the courses.
Awareness and information
• Conferences• Informatic tool for enterprises

• Fair “Management of women”, more than 5.000 visited the fair
• Acknowledgement of the first woman director in a banc in Spain

• Created July 2008 within the CRS General Directorate
• Objective: include the gender perspective in the regional ministry of Labour and Training– Studies– Conferences– Gender neutral language
